| February 1957 | The company was established to handle general materials and processed products related to stainless steel and high-grade alloy steel. It was founded as an agent for Nippon Metal Industry Co., Ltd., with a sales office in Shibanakamonzen. |
| August 1958 | It moved to Kanda, Chiyoda-ku due to business expansion. |
| October 1967 | The capital increased to 6 million yen |
| February 1969 | Because of business expansion, the head office was relocated to Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku. |
| February 1971 | The capital increased to 12 million yen |
| March 1971 | There is the newly established Sendai office. |
| February 1975 | The capital increased to 18 million yen |
| September 1979 | Because of business expansion, the Sendai office and warehouse was relocated. |
